你们三星企业每次【更新系统版本】都不查看用户反馈的产品系统问题吗?用户二月份有给你们反馈过【系统“限制”后台应用程序不通知】问题,你们提供的方法都试过了还是不行,后面又电话联系你们【三星消费者电话客服】进行反馈,你们三星电话客服声称:会记录用户所提到的问题并向【总部研发工程师进行反馈处理此系统BUG】,后面我通过【三星手机服务通】又预约你们【三星技术工程师】远程操作处理也没处理好,你们三星技术工程师也声称:我这边会记录用户您反馈的问题,并向我们三星总部【研发工程师】内部再次反馈!我想说的是你们【三星】今年都推送【三次系统版本更新】了!
我想问的是:
1.你们【三星消费者电话客服】压根没有记录用户们提出的【系统“限制”后台应用程序不通知】问题,还是并没有上报此问题给你们【三星总部】那就是“玩忽职守”了!
2.还有你们【三星手机服务通远程技术工程师】也是【和电话客服】一样的压根没把用户提出【系统BUG问题】当回事!
3.【电话客服和远程技术工程师】都向你们三星总部反馈用户提出的问题了,总部【研发工程师们】也是压根没把用户提出的问题当回事,还是没有能力处理这个【系统BUG问题】?
4.还是你们【三星】擅长忽悠消费者用户只管卖产品,不提供售后服务?
5.咱们【三星产品全球销量第一】难道研发技术比美国苹果还有国内华为,小米,OPPO,VIVO ,研发技术差吗?
Don't you Samsung enterprises check the product system problems fed back by users every time they [update the system version]? In February, the user gave you feedback on the "System "Restriction" background application without notification] problem. The methods you provided have all been tried but still not worked. Later, I called you [Samsung Consumer Phone Customer Service] for feedback. Your Samsung phone customer service claims that it will record the problems mentioned by users and give feedback to the R & D engineers at the headquarters to deal with this system bugs. Later, I made an appointment with you again through [Samsung Mobile Service Connect], and the remote operation processing has not been handled well either. Your Samsung technical engineers also claim: I will record the problems you feedback from users on this side and give feedback to us again from within Samsung headquarters [R & D engineer]! What I want to say is that you [Samsung] have all pushed [three system version updates] this year!
What I want to ask is:
Your [Samsung Consumer Phone Customer Service] didn't record the [system "restriction" background application non-notification] problem raised by users at all, or did you not report this problem to you [Samsung headquarters], that is "negligence of duty"!
Also, you [Samsung Mobile Service Remote Technical Engineer] are also [as in telephone customer service] and don't take users' "system BUG problems" seriously at all!
【Telephone customer service and remote technical engineers】 have all fed back the questions raised by users to your Samsung headquarters. Has the headquarters [R & D engineers] not taken the problems raised by users seriously at all, or is it unable to handle this 【system BUG problem】?
Or are you [Samsung] good at fooling consumer users into just selling products and not providing after-sales service?
Is our R & D technology inferior to Apple in the United States and Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, VIVO in the world? Is the R & D technology inferior to that of Apple in the United States?
